I have assumed the position of spiritual development convener for the next two years. Just a bit about myself for your information.
I have been a member of the St Mark’s CWL for just over 10 years. I have held various positions within the council and have just finish two years as president.
I grew up in a small town in Saskatchewan. When I finished high school I moved to Calgary to take Architectural Technology at SAIT.
I work in the oil and gas industry as a geoscience tech. For the last 10 years I have been a full time employee of Shell Canada. Before that I did contract/consultant work for about 15 years.
To keep me busy when I am not working, I belong to a couple of choirs and enjoy reading, golf, crocheting and painting. Except for this past July, I also volunteered for the Passion Play choir in Drumheller since it’s inception (I think that was about 15 years?).
I hope that the next two years we spend together will be fulfilling and rewarding for each and every one of us.
